Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Cream&Butter we provide custom creative services tailored to each client. To ensure fairness and protect our creative process, our refund policy is as follows:
    •    No Refund After Work Begins:
All payments are final once a project has commenced. This includes any phase of ideation, strategy, design, or production.
    •    Refund Eligibility:
Refunds will only be considered if no creative work has started and the cancellation request is received within 48 hours of payment. In such cases, administrative fees (up to 20%) may be deducted.
         Excluded Cases:
    •    Dissatisfaction based on subjective preferences after delivery.
    •    Missed deadlines due to client-side delays or incomplete input.
    •    Scope changes or project abandonment by the client.
    •    Discretionary Consideration:
In rare cases of non-delivery (where no work is delivered within an agreed timeline, and no valid reason is provided by us), Cream&Butter may offer a partial refund at our discretion.

This policy adheres to principles under the Swiss Code of Obligations. By initiating a project with us, you agree to these terms.
